The Dot Collective was created because its founders thought that there must be a better way to run a modern engineering consultancy. We wanted to create a space where people’s backgrounds and stories are celebrated, talent is rewarded and access to opportunities is equitable.

In 2023, Places for People (PfP) embarked on an ambitous data transformation as part of a wider Digital Transformation. Overt the past 2 years they have taken a use case focused approch architect and implement a modern cloud data platform. The progress is delivering transformation results, enabling deep, data drieven insights, and driving cost savings and operational efficiencies.
Building on the success of the underlying data infrastructure, they have deployed their first GenAI workload, leveraging native AI and Gen AI tools and LLMs unlocking further productivity and employee satisfaction enhancnebments.
